Through training in mobility, balance and strength, Phil educates his clients to use their body efficiently, making them stronger and less likely to be injured. He is constantly assessing and evaluating their needs.


MOBILITY:

The range of useful motion in the body. Important whether you are recovering from an injury or interested in the aesthetic benefits of exercise.


BALANCE:

Provides steadiness and control of the body. Essential to maintain throughout your life.


STRENGTH:

A learned skill that when practiced in training can be applied to your daily activities. It invigorates the body and provides power and energy.


IN-HOME YOGA:

Phil brings his knowledge of body mechanics and massage therapy to provide a complete session that incorporates a focus on mobility, balance and strength to your yoga practice.
