REFLEXOLOGY
A therapeutic method of relieving pain by stimulating pressure points on the feet and hands.
DEEP TISSUE:
Similar to Swedish massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension.
SWEEDISH:
A therapeutic massage that manipulates muscles and joints, designed to invigorate the body by stimulating the circulation, and promoting relaxation.
WATSU:
A gentle form of body therapy performed in water. It combines elements of massage and muscle stretching. The receiver is continuously supported while being floated, cradled, rocked and stretched.
